Payment Terms & Conditions
By transacting on Fairvibe.in, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions. These terms ensure a secure, transparent, and fair shopping experience for all parties.
1. Payment Methods
We accept payments through trusted gateways such as PhonePe, Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All payment options are securely integrated and comply with PCI-DSS standards.
2. Payment Processing
All payments are processed in real-time upon checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization. In case of processing delays or technical failures, the customer will be notified, and funds (if debited) will be refunded by the respective gateway within 5–7 business days.
3. Pricing & Charges
All product prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless specified. Fairvibe reserves the right to modify prices, shipping costs, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
4. Fraud Prevention & Security
To protect against fraud, Fairvibe may carry out verification procedures and reserves the right to cancel or hold orders that appear suspicious. Your payment details are never stored on our servers — all sensitive data is encrypted and processed via secure, third-party gateways.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Orders canceled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee.
- Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
6. Failed Transactions
In cases where a payment is debited but the order is not placed, the transaction is considered failed. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed automatically by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days.
