  • You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Fairvibe reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care products
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable content, software)
  • Any other items marked as non-returnable at checkout
  • Please review product details carefully before making a purchase.

Return Process

  1. Submit your return request via our support email or contact form within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Our team will verify your claim and provide return instructions if eligible.
  3. Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer unless the return is due to an error by Fairvibe.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for approved returns.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Fairvibe error.
  • Orders canceled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee.
